The Rooms Division Manager implements the strategy defined by Senior Management and he coordinates, optimises and manages all those under his authority.

Standard duties:
He develops the accommodation department’s turnover and the occupancy rate.
He ensures his team provides the best possible quality of service and assistance to guests.
He oversees and provides leadership to the department heads at the concierge services, reception desk, reservations, floor services and laundry, making sure those departments are performing well.
He ensures that his teams comply with workplace legislation.
He controls costs and margins throughout his department.
He takes charge of complaints management.
He is accountable for the quality of guest services and ensures that quality standards are maintained and up to date.
